This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) covers how eCloud4 collects and uses the Personal Information that you provide on our application and in conjunction with any of the services hosted on www.eCloud4.com including QR code payments, promotion discounts, money transfers and money transfer services accessed by devices with internet access. STORAGE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Some of the Information that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at, a destination outside of Canada. It may also be processed by staff outside Canada who works for us or an affiliated or partner business. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfillment of your order, the processing of your payment details, and the provision of support services.

We employ industry-accepted standards in protecting the Information you submit to us on our Website and App per this Policy.

We have a chat feature that can be used to answer questions about our service and assist you with our App’s functionality. If our chat feature is offline, we will collect your name and email address so that we may reply to your request.

Social Media Widgets

Our Website may include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button, or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Referrals

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend, family member, or other personal connection about our App, we will ask you for their name and email address.
